These Terms and Conditions of Use or “Terms of Use” apply to this website here-by also referred to as “platform” and the related/linked websites here-by also referred to as “Sites“ or “Platforms” provided or presented by CAS-BIZ Technology Co., ltd here-by also referred to as “CAS-BIZ Technology” or “us” or “we” or “Company” or “the Company”, including all Content, Services, and Products on the Sites, as a service to our web users.

These Terms are a legal contract between you (“user” or “site user” or “site surfer” or “web user” or “web surfer”) and CAS-BIZ Technology, and your use of the site or “Sites” or “cassuite.com” and “cas.com.kh” is governed by these Terms of Use. CAS-BIZ Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege to use the Sites to view Content, obtain information about FaceAzure, subscribe to the latest information, and/or apply for demo or trial version or full version of the software, in accordance with CAS-BIZ Technology’s Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms included by reference. If you do not agree to any or all of these terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Sites. If you do not cease to access the Sites immediately, then your continued use is subject to the following conditions.

1. User Suitability

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

This prohibition includes but is not limited to, maliciously using the Sites in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CAS-BIZ Technology Server(s), strain the network, and/or intercept any connection and/or packets between the Sites and other users or third parties.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Sites through hacking, password mining, or any other illegal means. You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Sites. You shall not use the Sites or its brand too, nor permit any third party to:

Any information on other software, particularly Intuit QuickBooks, found on these Sites, is from our partner’s source, the primary provider of QuickBooks. CAS-BIZ Technology does not control the timeliness of the release of the latest information on third-party products and we do not guarantee the completeness, correctness, recentness, and/or veracity of this information. By consuming the information on our Sites, you acknowledge that it is subject to change by a third party without prior notification to us or to you. We shall neither be held responsible nor liable for wrong, misleading or incorrect information that we have simply sourced, recompiled, interpreted, and/or presented on our Sites
