Our service for the most part includes free support for up to six (6) months depending on the size of the project. For the customers who have a maintenance agreement with us, support can stretch to a year or two. We care about simplifying your success hence we do not only train you on how technology works for your business but also provide weekly assistance both onsite and / or remotely.
Our support services typically include: Install and set up, Data File Analysis, 3rd party apps add-on to do more with QuickBooks or Sage; and CASBook integration.
